Can product work continue during the migration?

Yes. That is the point of staging. We plan the work so feature delivery and modernization share the codebase safely.

Do you work with old technologies?

We read and stabilize what is there, then move it toward a maintainable stack, usually TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
