What does Byteforge do?
We build custom software, SaaS products and AI automation for growing businesses, and help teams with architecture and modernization. We also build our own developer tool, MergeForge.

How do time zones and communication work?
We work remotely with EU and US-friendly overlap. Async written updates, shared tools and scheduled reviews with your product and engineering leads keep delivery transparent.
Scope, speed and cost
Can you really ship an MVP in 30 days?
A 30-day target can fit one core workflow when scope, access, dependencies and acceptance criteria are agreed early. It is not a deadline for every product. Plan a 30-day MVP.
How do you price work?
Fixed-scope projects are priced per release after discovery. Dedicated teams are priced as monthly capacity. Details are set out in a written agreement for each engagement.
What if our requirements change?
New ideas go to the next release. If something must change now, we swap it for work of similar size and record the change in writing.
AI
What is the difference between AI automation and AI-assisted delivery?
AI automation is a system we build for your business, such as a support triage workflow. AI-assisted delivery is how our engineers use AI agents while writing your software.
How do you keep AI workflows safe?
Scoped permissions for every tool, human approval for consequential actions, fallback to manual handling, and an evaluation set checked before each release.
Teams, code and contracts
Do you offer dedicated development teams?
Yes. We provide project delivery, dedicated teams and team augmentation, with named engineers and clear ownership. Compare the models.
Who owns the code and intellectual property?
Client work product is owned by the client under the engagement agreement. We do not reuse proprietary client code across accounts.
Can we sign an NDA first?
Yes. We can sign an NDA before you share sensitive project details.
